The girl i love was just a stranger to me
she had everything a guy could wish for
smart, humorous, and beautiful as can be
when i first saw her i had to make her mine
i was shy at first, too scared of rejection
but i had to have her, it was a chance of a lifetime
we became good friends with a nice relationship
time went by with her not knowing how i felt
i had to tell her because i wanted her to myself
next thing I know, its Valentines Day
i want to be together forever until our last days
