The love i lost

He came over to me quietly
Eyes looking at the floor
I had a feeling in my stomach
I didn’t even wanna walk out of the door

He started with a smile
As I looked deeply into his eyes
I half heartedly hope this wasn't my surprise
He told me about everything including all the lies

I looked at him angrily ready to grab him hard
I wanted to walk off but my heart was screaming more
I looked at him and smiled not listening to his words
I didn't wanna show my pain and I turned towards the door

He apologized and I asked for the truth
But I didn't think I could handle finding out why this was it
He looked at me and told me
And I couldn’t help but sit

I walked inside and shut the door
And walked over to the couch
All I wanted to do was scream out
I looked at my mum but I couldn’t open mouth
