Tore Down our Walls

by Alexandra Jade Brewer   Sep 18, 2007

Intertwine our fingers
as we walk hand in hand
feel the warmth of the sun
as we walk across the sand

people find themselves dreaming
to have the feeling we share
to find in someone elses eyes
that their spirit lingers there

Holding each other very tight
Never wanting to let go
Our search is finally over
Together two hearts beating slow

We tore each others walls down
and then we put them back
only this time were together
each other we no longer lack

    A very touching peice.

I simply loved it. The imagery, the emotion's, all powerful.
I love the tittle, it's very descreate and don't give away much. The content of the poem itself is beautiful.
