Love Tormented Part 2/Dear Cassidy

by KeKe   May 2, 2004

Dear Cassidy,

If only I knew,
All the pain, heartache, and sorrow
He put you through.

Why didn't you speak up
And tell me what was wrong.
After all, I was your friend
All along.

I can't believe that you would hide
Something as serious as this
From me.

Cassidy if only you had told,
Someone could have helped set you free.

It breaks my heart to know that your gone.
Knowing that someone could have helped you untangle your web of fear.

You died knowing what you were going to do.
Never regretting a day of the horror he put you through,

Only because you called it love
But you knew it could never be that.
You were just afraid to face the
Fact,

That he would leave and
You would be by yourself.
Thinking that you would never be
Happy and find someone else.

But Cas you and I both know
You were living in a nightmare.
You were too lost and unfocused to
Even know we were here.

    Well done,
question though what exactly killed her
    was it him or herself

    just couldnt understand that.

but amazing writing very deep and intense.
