Who am I kidding, I will never get over him,
he makes me smile and in my stomach butterflies swim.
Every time he talks or smiles at me,
my heart does a flip and skips a few beats.
He knows me like the cover of a book,
and into his eyes I love to look.
I don't know if it's love or just a feeling,
but he captures my senses, isn't that appealing?
He has a way to mesmerize me,
maybe a second chance is what we need.
It didn't work out the very first time,
