Shh do not talk

by Erin Corbin   Sep 19, 2007

Shh do not talk
for words alone could not express
the desire in your eyes
you hunger for the rest
like a fiend in the night
death comes swift
pop one pop two
you coward
in the back can you feel it
blood soaked stained
upon the hands never fade
life an eternal bliss
taken like a switch
the gasp of forgetfulness
shh do not talk
bow your head
and beg for your forgiveness
slash one slash two
down with quickness
blood spued
bold in newsprint
first page quite a decent
shh do not talk even in death
your tongue will never whisper
my name the one who is slain
