I think this is one of your best that I have read so far...
The emotion and depth in this are overwhelming, the imagery portrayed creates very vivid pictures for the reader and the flow is perfect all the way through.
I loved the last two stanza's, beautifully and elegantly written while still wrapping the piece up with such an intense finish.

OMG that totally blew me away, you have been through quite a lot...a bit like myself but somehow I think you get a little stronger everytime along the way. 5*
