Staring: Our Frienship

by Liz   Sep 20, 2007

We walked by in the halls
With a smile or a grin
Secretly despising each other
But that's where that ends

Then we both set our eyes
On a boy named Austin
He made our knees weak
Every time we'd pass him

And when we discovered
We loved the same guy
We argued at that dance
About: Who, what, when, why.

We stopped right there
Still in our paths
And realized our discussion
Went way off track

We started with
Who went more weak in the knees
And nobody knows how
But we ended with cheese

After that day
We became best friends
And promised we'd stay that way
Right to the end

And we've kept our promise
From then to this day
We've had so many good times
That we could write a play

Or better yet, my friend
We'll write a musical
And a guy could come out
Just like in suessical ;]

It could be one of
The best ones yet
And I know what you're thinking
'NOT BETTER THAN RENT'

Well maybe not, em
But we'll get pretty dang close
If we share all our laughs
And our Inside jokes

But we can't forget to add
All the other things
Like our 'Walmart hugs'
Or dancin' in the rain

Once that musical hits the stage
We'll see our names in bright lights
We'll be rich with corvetts
Blasting B.L.G. all night

Unfortunately, em
I am off to homeroom
And if I am lucky
I'll write again soon
