A Mothers Bond

by Angel   Sep 20, 2007

As I sit here tonight struggling with emotions
Thinking of my little girl
These emotions burn deep down inside
She is the part that is missing in my world

I wish to take back the past
Make new memories and watch them both grow
Bring her back into my sons and my life
Together with a bond that every brother and sister know

The pain I'm fighting is strong
I feel the tears stream down my face
Yet I don't stop the flow
For I know It's my release and I need to let it go

I wish to hold her in my arms again
Listen to her laughter fall on my ears
Watch her smile light up every room
And take back all the lost years

How precious this little girl is
I will always hold her close to my heart
She is growing each day and year
I'm never letting her memories part

I see the hurt in my sons eyes
I watch him grow without her by his side
And I see the love he still holds for her
I see the void that he holds deep down inside

As I go on with this feeling
I learn to cope and never forget
My love for her will always grow and be strong
She will always be my little girl
You can never break a mothers bond
