"And hope you grow" << It kinda threw me off maybe " and, hope THAT you grow" ?

"So alone, so betrayed
Is how I feel
It's all sinking in now
This is all real"
^^ Is how I feel, This is all real..
Ruin the flow of that stanza.

This is a good poem, many can relate to it, I'm sure.
And, it shows WHY you should NEVER change at all, for anyone.

I'm sure he began 'liking/loving' you for who you were, and you began to change which is why.
