I Sometimes Wish

I sometimes wish
I could hide behind a mask
So noone could see my fears
The pain the held in from the past

I sometimes wish
I could hide my scars
So noone would have to ask
About a past that doesnt seem so far

I sometimes wish
I could hide behind a broken smile
So noone would wonder,
At least for a lil while

I sometimes wish
I could hold back the tears
But the pain is too strong
From living my life for these years

I sometimes wish
I could end it all
So i wouldn't have to deal
With getting up
When i'd fall

I sometimes wish
That with one quick slit of the wrist
My pain would be gone
Like i never exsisted
