A Face

by Mark   Sep 21, 2007

A face in the distance
She just walked through the door
My heart stopped
As I looked at her from a far
My heart starts to beat again
But my breath gets heavy
She's astonishing
A wonder in itself
A mystery to be solved
But she's in the distance
I don't know how far
Yet I won't know her name
For this maybe the last
Last time I see her
For she came in randomly
Her name I'll never know
Her voice I'll never hear
I bet her name is beautiful
Like her face
I bet her voice is heavenly
Like the ray of light shining on her
I want to know her I really do
But is she meant for me
Or is she meant for someone else
Only time will tell
When it comes
I'll know
And she'll be happy
With the guy she chose
