This is really sweet and heartfelt and it clearly shows how much you feel for this person. The rhyme and flow were generally good however I felt some of the longer lines threw it off a bit and could benefit from pruning. Otherwise I lovely bittersweet piece.

I'm no expert but I loved it. It was very touching.
