Why did he do this?

I here him sneeking up the stairs
I become more and more scared
He comes in,
But I don't think any one heard.

Why is he doing this
He is drunk
He is an old man
Probably also on junk.

I want it to stop
What can I do but scream
What ever made him start this
I want him to stop, I can only dream.

I want to scream HELP!!
I feel no-one will listen to me
Or they wont believe me
This is bad, can't you see?

Finially it has stopped
I still wonder why
It still haunts me
All I ever do is cry.
