Passion's Victim

by Indian Comma Bean   Sep 22, 2007

It's never been this
way before,
I've never felt this before,
I find it so unreal.

How does passion decide,
who it's victim is?
How does it choose,
how does it know.

Yet these emotions are chaotic,
they are a twisting nether
within my heart,
yet they remain unleashed.

Yet who will ever know?
Who will know what I keep
under lock and key
within my single soul?

Not many will ever know,
for who is there to tell,
only few are trusted for words
are the most powerful form of passion.

They break hearts,
they mend lost love,
they end the endless feuding,
or the started the bloodiest wars.

But just maybe,
out there in the vast void,
there is something that might
just hold the answer to the question....

Who decides who love belongs to?
