FRIENDS?

We're suppose to be friends..
but how is that suppose to work?

You're so good at not showing what
you feel.

But im nothing but a fool. becuase I
dont know how to tell you i dont love you.

I dont know how to be friends?
saying goodbye I start to say those
words.

My mouth starts to form the three words that
mean nothing to those 'normal' people
that have never been in love.

I know i cant say them. But when I
go home, I only cry. cause my heart
hurts. And you dont see it.

If were friends. i want to be more.
i want to be what we used to be.

But that will never happen. Friends
arent enough. and if thats all we can be.

I dont want to be us. i dont want to be
friends. I only want time to go back......

AS IM WRITING THIS POEM IM CRYING SO HARD. THIS ISNT FAIR. I JUST CANT LIVE WITH BEING FRIENDS AND PRETENDING I DONT LOVE YOU. BECAUSE I DO. I NEVER BROKE A PROMISE. AND ONE I WILL ALWAYS KEEP IS " ILL LOVE YOU FOREVER BABE"
