Vampire Dream.

by Megann Lee   Sep 22, 2007

His hands: cold, firm, rough--I can't breath.
His teeth: sharp, white, rigid--I'm bleeding.
His breath: strong, fresh, warm--I fear him.

Full moon, vampire dreams arise.
Death lingers in the air tonight.
Cold and foggy, it's mysterious.
I'm froze in pure panic of it all.

His Touch: soft, loving, scary--I shudder.
His words: deep, echoing, loud--I listen.
His eyes: yellow, strong, small: I stare.

It all seems to real to be not.
The things I feel and hear.
The touches and screams.
I awake it was just a dream.

I really enjoyed this poem alot. The imagery you portrayed was so clear and eerie I loved the effect and also I loved how this piece made me feel so intense and on edge. Your word choice strong and powerful expecially for a dark poem and the flow was great didn't go off at all. Well done on writing such a great read. Keep up the good work. ~Mel
