I sit here thinking,
Thinking of her tonight.
Where she sits,
What she is doing.

I wish I was with her,
Just doing nothing,
Smiling at her calmly,
And staring into her eyes.

But I also sit here,
Waiting for the next day,
When I can see what she says,
About that little note I gave.

Will she say yes,
Or will I get rejected again?
Is my life meant to be Hell,
Or is she meant to be mine?

Time passes so slowly,
As I sit here alone,
Sit here for hours,
