Unearthed

by kira2   Sep 23, 2007

How can it be that I never knew
A passion so strong when I am with you
Too many years gone by; time wasted
Too much time of feeling complacent

A life not complete, feeling alone
Oblivious of this passion unknown
Being naive isn't so bad
You can't miss what you haven't had

Then seeing you again, I discovered
A fire in me; previously uncovered
Moments with you, I wittingly give birth
To a love, to a feeling, to a passion unearthed
