The True Death

by Insanity   Sep 24, 2007

You have heard the story's told
throw out time and space
of a dark and evil form
that lives in a fallen place.

The creature comes out
into a moon light night
to take the lives of everyone
who dares to walk in its sight.

With it, it holds a blade of black
to cut into the chest of man
and rip out of the sad form
the spine crushed and torn.

It has killed so many
that the world only sighs
when they hear of a death
in the black dark night.

You see some call this creature
immortal and king of eternity
for it has walked this land
sents the beat of life in its seed.

None dare speak its name
for they know when they do
the creature of drinking blood
will come and kill you.

It is as it is
a fate of untold mold
but let me tell you what I have seen
of this beast of old.

Its eyes burn a blood red
it skin a untold black
its teeth a silver white
its soul a crippling flash.

Yet all in the end
will know true death
when this creature comes
to take from you your last.

For this creature of many names
has only one in trueth
the name of a true killer
the name that is only DOOM!
