You're in for an Epiphany

by Fixxxer   Sep 24, 2007

See you looking through me like I'm made of glass.
Clear to me you can't see it's impossible.
You always think of me, but never think to ask.
Am I in pain? Hell I am a person full.
I am breaking, but you cannot see me shake.
You are taking me for a fool you think you make.
How do you play games and always seem to win?
Maybe I'm a fool for always giving in..
I'm sick of losing and always falling down.
Sick of crying and wearing this faded frown.
You can't deny the good inside of me.
But I'll deny you, or what you've let me see.
If you think we're something that will always be.
Open wide your in for an epiphany.

Very emotional and greatly written. You managed to create truly unique atmosphere in this piece. I like the ending very much, it's effective, and the choice of words is good through the whole poem.
    Keep up
