Sit and wait

I sit and i wait,
as i stare at my screen,
the music is playing,
this isn't a dream.

The thoughts of you,
pounding the walls in my head,
but i still sit and wait,
my body is dead.

You just left me there,
with these words left unspoken,
all thoughts wishes and dreams,
my body starts shaking.

Where did you go,
this i do wonder,
no goodbyes anymore,
just a screen and your number.

Is it time to move on,
for the path isn't right,
the pain i am feeling,
all through the night.

You tell me you need me,
but i need you more,
i can't be without you,
this i do know.

Your so far away,
my dreams turn to dust,
i'm layin and thinking,
is it just lust.

But the pain that i feel,
tells me somethings not right,
i can't let you go,
there must be some right.

You know that i love you,
you know that i care,
but you insist on still hurting,
even though your not there,

You tell me you love me,
you show that you care,
but the blank page on my screen,
says theres someone else there.

But im gonna be patient,
for my day will come,
that you will be mine,
and they will be gone.
