Silent Suicide

He woke up with a thousand tears,
A hurt he can't describe.
He tried to fight away the fears,
But gave up on trying to survive.

He grabbed a bullet, needing only one.
And loaded it into the gun.
"I've waited 17 years too long"
He said while putting on his favorite song,

He started thinking about the past,
Then to his knees he fell.
He thought then maybe she would see,
If he sent himself to hell.

But then, he thought, "she won't care"
Then cocked the gun with great despair,
He knew that he'd do this right,
"Lets see if she'll be missing me tonight"

He dialed up that girl he knew,
To see just one last time.
If the plans she had were new
But she didn't give a dime.

And with that he started to cry,
And threw his phone to the floor.
What's the point in even trying?
She doesn't give two s***s anymore.

He put the barrel to his head
Then looked to her torn picture.
His last thought was, "This is for you"
Then he fell into a blood and tear mixture.

~ "This is too who gives a $hit" ~
(This shouldn't take long to forget,)
I couldn't fight this love alone,
I'm still nothing more that I ever was...BONE!
"Yeah you b****, I did this for you!!!"
This is my special way of saying, "I love you too"
"It's Over"
Is it all that hard to say?
I don't think I would have taken it this far
If you would have let me know that way.
Don't think that I did this for Looks,
It's not attention that I'll get.
I'm gone for good and good I'm gone,
How long until you forget? ~

That note shocked her
She didn't know what to say
Especially since she wasn't home
When he called that day

She was in the hospital
Healing her body of accident wounds
She would never want him to do it
But he did a day too soon

She didn't live much longer after that
Maybe a week or so
But she didn't just put a bullet through her head
She did it nice and slow.

She broke her mother's heart that night.
Why would this be something to hide?
And it was hidden OH TOO well
This silent suicide.
