The Drumline

by crazyXCrunner   Sep 25, 2007

I hear a noise in the distance,
It starts as a real faint sound.
As it starts to get real close,
I feel vibrations on the ground.

Triplets, flams, and Ratamacues,
These rudiments are crisp and fine.
My ears and eyes come to the same conclusion:
Here comes a really good drumline.

Listening to them bang the drums,
To a really amazing beat.
I just can't help myself,
But start to tap my feet.

They march in perfect step,
I watch their every move.
They even start to jump and spin,
To their extremely awesome groove.

Marching off down the street,
The sound it starts to fade.
But the beat still runs through my head,
Along withe the amazing sounds they made.
