Looking to the stars,
I wonder what went wrong.
Our relationship seemed to fall apart,
Like they do in a country song.

I tried to show how much I cared,
But you just walked away.
I want to know what made you leave,
Without you my life is gray.

Looking to the stars,
I can't help but wonder why.
You just left me all alone,
To lay in bed and cry.

I can't believe,
That we are through.
Your heart I thought,
I really knew.

Looking to the stars,
I hope that God can see.
If you're happy I'll be okay,
Even if its without me.

    Ok i know you asked me to comment forever ago and im so sorry that im just now getting to you but this is really good.
    it is easy to tell that this was going to be a sad kind of love poem but it was good.
    people often say they can relate to being left alone like that but no one knows how it feels for somone who has been dumped or has had their heart stomped on.
    anyway good job chap,lol!!
