Wow, wow... Whole poem is so... breathtaking! Truly deep, excellently written piece. I can relate to some parts of it. I like the topic and the way you wrote it, with great choice of words and wonderful descriptions. The ending two lines are also very effective like a conclusion to this poem.
My favorite stanza is:

- Sometimes heart and mind combine,
but still reveal not life's purpose,
sometimes a moment of clarity shines,
and eyes of strangers meet mine
saying, Welcome to the surface-

Just... amazing!
