Wow, I must say that I loved the vocab and descriptive language in this poem. It flowed really well and was just absolutely brilliant. I liked the title too, it drew me into read the poem.

Ah those memories, some we hold dear, some bring nightmares, but they are who we are. Nice arrangement and I liked your use of assonance and consonance. Nicely written.

From start to finish, I was in a completely different world; a deliciously dark world, of course.
The final stanza simply left me amazed. Lovely, lovely sad poem; it truly belongs here.
