Nature's Mystery

by Georgi   Sep 29, 2007

The girl was only five years old,
An ancient myth was here exposed.
She ventured to the ends of earth,
To seek The Box of perfect worth.

She saw the tinted reds and blues.
She saw the heavens golden shoes.
She leapt upon the final stride!
The 'promise' she did stand beside.

She looked up at the painted sky,
Her fragile faith did soon subside.
She stood and she began to weep,
Until the night time song did sleep.

The girl she stood, though quite unarmed;
The mystery of the absent charm.
A crippling shift of innocence,
Lay under nature's brilliance.
