Emerald waters
washing over me
the skies
darkening suddenly
Pulled under
I can't get a breath
washed in this wave of hopelessness
pain eating me away
with each ice cold wave
all i know
is this is
my last day
to live
ice cold
my heart is
cracked apart
coldness engulfing
waters pulling me under
letting me
meet my death
in the blackness
of the cold
murky waters below
