Creating Friction.

Creating Friction.

Like final words of wisdom you lie upon my lips,
creating such friction between each of our minds.

With a soulful, deepened kiss I relentlessly pull away,
your fingertips too soft against my palish skin.
With chills down my spine I lose myself in a whirlwind,
continuously regarding each thought from you.
I can't seem to find the answers to questions
that've been asked by you too many times.

What's left but emptiness awaiting by my door?
- - Nothing but emptiness tugging at my heart.

There's nothing I can do but hold you way too close,
and nothing I can finish, it was started too long ago.
I've found it hard to believe that luck has come my way.
And, I can feel your body tremble, embraced within mine.
I can see your eyes wonder into the depths of our love.

Nothing can complete the heart once left broken.
And, like final words of wisdom you lie upon my lips,
creating such friction between each of our minds.
