The night embraced the sleepy city

by ctmskm   Oct 1, 2007

And the night embraced the sleepy city yet again,
the moon cast darken shadows upon this world of men.
the wind was blowing cold putting out the shimmering candle light as a mystic silhouette walked through the city that night.
Its face bared no signs of hate; its eyes were filled with love,
an exquisite ashen angel walked through the town,
divine emission of the purest light from above.
The silent observation from the cities people,
the wonderment and surprise of this one angel.
And ever deeper into the dark she walked.

(not sure how to exactly end this)
