What has the world come to?

What is wrong with this world?
It's full of traumas and haters
Life really sucks sometimes
But I'll get to that later

Nobody can get along
Constantly, war breaks out
They don't care that people die
I don't want to go down that route

Money, bills, family life, school
Its tough, believe me
It makes things so hard sometimes
And yet nobody can see

Many people are depressed
And yet they go unnoticed
As that bullet goes through their head
Why does it have to come to this?

Advertisements on TV
Encourage drugs, alcohol, and smoking
They are such idiots
I hope they are happy in their gold bathtubs they are soaking

I can't believe some people are so selfish
To not see these things
They only care about themselves
"I DON'T CARE!" their ego sings

I want to help
To make a difference and to change
The world we live in
Trust me, It will never be the same
