A Pleasent Thought

by Indian Comma Bean   Oct 3, 2007

A world shaping around the peace and gall,
A time for triumph, or a grisly fall.
If fate shall guide us to our sought surprise,
I only hope to see your shining eyes.
We spread our message of a love just found,
Our actions and words, that of earth and sound.
Illusions cast of grandiosity,
Now we see that it was just falsity.
Recession, depression, we fail to see,
It is all that we say, but fail to be.
We are now engulfed by the delusion,
Hence we search for the lucid solution.
And to this the world stares, twisted and wrought,
As life is now another pleasent thought.
