Broken

We have been best friends since 5th grade.
Now we are growing apart.
A girl has come into your life that you have changed for and a boy has come into my life that I have changed for, but why does out friendship have to change?
We have made mistakes in the past and we have been able to forget them, but we just can't seem to get over this one.
So we went our own ways and didn't talk for a few days.
We both knew we missed each other and we couldn't go on without them, but we just can't seem to get through this.
I have been a wreck crying day after day without talking to you, thinking about all the good times we had.
I don't want out friendship to be thrown away. I miss you.
