How Do I Tell You?

When I see you, my knees go weak
And when you smile, my heart beats fast.
By the time I think of what to say,
The perfect moment has already passed.

You tickle me, and our hands brush,
We catch each other's eyes and I begin to blush.
You give me such a natural rush,
I'm beginning to think it's more than a crush.

But I can't begin to say
What I want to tell you most.
It'll be quiet; we'll be alone,
I just chicken out every time it comes close.

So how do I tell you
If my mind is running wild?
When all it takes is a simple
Three words and a smile.
