Blood Drops

by Isabella   Oct 4, 2007

Crimson drops are falling
Changing the sky to red
Because of the tears I've shed
The rain is bloody red

Crimson drops are falling
Easing the pain I feel
Making me forget
The rain is bloody red

Crimson drops are falling
Revealing the cuts on my wrists
Stories of poisoned veins
The rain is bloody red

Very satisfying. Such exquisite pain. I liked the way you kept the bridging of the bloody rain. What awesome flow in poetry through your own veins. A real masterpiece.

Definitely different to anything ive read before. i like the way youve made the sky like blood, its different and inventive. simple though, but effective.
