How strong do you expect me to be?
When you’ve only held me so far away that you can't see

I admire you for being strong and wise
But people can't stand your cries

I've tried to help and guide
But the space between us is too wide

You think life comes easy for everyone but you
That the moments that you have in life of happiness are a few

Can't you see I'm just better at pretending?
And I'm just tired of bending

I might brake and the world might as well shake
