Tears reached my eyes
I wanted to get in my corner and cry
I can't believe he would do this
I wish I could've changed his last wish
A poem was sent to me today
Something that did not make me okay
It was from my beloved Josh
It was so sad, when I show my friends they all say "oh my gosh"
He says I broke his heart
That part I feared as we were apart
He doesn't want to go on
But I can't stand to think of him as gone!
"Dear Katie" The title read
With tear stains on the paper spread
"I miss you so terribly
I want you back you see
Even though you broke my heart
I still love you with every part
Time has passed slowly
It's starting to kill me
I think I should beat my fate
Go into a sleep and never wake
I don't want to hurt you this bad
Because you're the best thing I've ever had
I have to do this though
I can't wait for 3 more years to go
It will be for the best
My broken soul shall finally rest
I won't hurt you anymore
Maybe you can find a guy to care for you more
I know I left you and I'm sorry
I hope you will forgive me
I'll wait for you
I just hope for you not to die soon too
Don't kill yourself because of me
I think you should change the world with your love and that's how it's meant to be"
I broke into more tears than ever before
My eyes were beginning to go sore
I can't explain this
All I know is that he will be missed
