Because you are my friend
i can be me

Because you are my friend
i can make my days happy

Because you are my friend
i believe in you
and i can lend a hand
and its all because i can

Weather you are short or tall,
or half way there
even if you are not here with me at all
you're my friend and will always be

i know that i can't afford
a friend thats less than you.
