Waiting for life,
Everything passes so slow.
It all stops and pauses.
Why won't anything go?

Waiting for life
Like scores for a test.
Fearing the worst,
Wanting the best.

Noticing the small details
That make life so fine.
Watching the clock
Waiting for time.

Waiting for love.
For it to catch me off guard.
I'm so impatient,
Life is so hard.

Waiting for seasons to change.
Dreaming though the night,
Wishing through the day
For the time to be just right.

Crying in sorrow.
The pain is so bad.
Laughing with joy
Who's to be sad?
