This Mist

What once was bliss
From just one little kiss
Has now faded away
In this haze of mist.

What once was a soft touch
From one loved so much
Has now gone astray
In this haze of mist.

What once was love
From two hearts that rose above
Has now become grey
In this haze of mist.

What is this mist you say?
Well i will tell you some day.
For right now i am still in woe.
The sole reason
Is that I do not know.

    I can totally relate to this poem. I've had some "mists" come into my relationships before.

    I like the rhyming, repitition, and symbolism used throughout the poem.

    Extremely sad yet true poem. Sometimes when something is empty, something mysterious filled it in, in this case mist.
