With every minute
That passes by
I wish you were here
By my side
To build me up
When I am weak
And support me
When need be
I only wish
That you knew
How much I truly
Care for you
You push me away
And put me down
You act as if
I'm some lame clown
Why must you
Treat me this way
When through the hardships
I have stayed
Why does the fog
Blind your eyes
To the love
You've thrown aside
We could have
Something great
If you could just
Trust in fate
I truly don't understand
Why you act as if I am
The one weak person
Who alone can't stand
I feel alone
When I'm with you
Because your thoughts
Are astrew
I can't believe
You cannot see
How much you
Have broken me
I'm scarred forever
And torn apart
But I'll pick up the pieces
For a fresh new start
I do not wish
Good nor bad on you
Because Karma will take
Her sweet time on you.

    You are 2 hard on yourself. You write very well. I chuckled to myself when I read what you wrote about yourself. Only because most of those consist of the same reasons I joined on here. I just had to much emotion bottled up and this helped me to release some of this. Anyways I thought you should know that your poem is great. 5/5
