X~x Locked Up x~X

I'm sitting here in jail
the first time for me.
No money for the bail,
or the attorneys fee.

They say they were bad
the actions that I used.
Its the only option I had
when my mom was abused.

The charge which they say
I'm accused to have done.
Ill disagree with everyday
I never pointed a gun.

What else can I do
but sit and to wait.
For the judge who,
will decide my fate.
