Autumn

Meadows covered in hoar-frost
^^ this gave a very very detailed vision and took me the reader to what you where describing

Sunlight shining through the branches
^^ i picture being on a lake and looking through the leaves on a tree and seeing the sun accent the bark of the branches

lighting the path
^^i see myself looking down a dirt path in the middle of the woods

covered with brightly colored leaves
^^ now this makes me think of a time of year like fall or something

Silence all around
^^gives me the intuition that something is coming or dawning

Winter will be here soon
^after all the images of the pretty autumn was described i felt a bit sad that winter would rob us of the beauty

Wow, this is brilliant. You brought to life so many wonderful, colorful images and the feelings that usually accompany me through autumn. I could see what you were seeing clearly, and it was marvelous. I can honestly say that this poem took the breath out of me because it was so beautiful. I could stand up and applaud right now.
