A Trail of Tears

You see those drops of water there?
Yea, those arent any ordinary drops of water
Those are my tears that have spilled from my eyes due to sorrow

You see those red streaks going down my arm?
Yea, those arent just regular streaks of anything
They are streaks of my blood and they're spilling hate

You see that girl in the corner?
Yea, that's me, the strange girl in school
But,now, I lay there,crumpled,in the corner

My head hangs as if I were dead
But then again, theres a pool of blood beside me
And dried tears on my cheeks

My parents are next to me,screaming
Mom's sobbing
Dads cursing

I realize that Im not in my body
But in spirit
Ive entered a new life

A new eternity
