It all rememinded me of you and how your eyes were the same way
The depth and the comfort that seemed to glow from them

The moon from above casting shadows in the night as the few clouds danced in the bliss of the moment
The trees seemed to take on the flow of the dance as they waved with the breeze
The grass acting as a blanket; a safety net for myself
How I wanted to curl up in your arms and feel the same way
But how could that happen?
I sat up with tears in my eyes wanting you to know how much I missed you
