Words are on the tips of my pen
I'm up to the final chapter of my story
I'm not losing the words
I'm not losing grip
there's no catch-22
but this time...it will be different
I'm not gonna write myself into one of those stories again
::
::
the story won't end
or I'm just through with never afters
with you...there would be no endings
just beautiful sunrises
there would be no closure on the mysteries
coz i'd like to spend a lifetime searching for the unfathomable truth
and still end up clueless of why I've taken a fall
I'd give up eternity to hang on to that last thread and give it all a chance
not leaving it all to fate anymore
clarity is not I'm longing for
its just that there is something more
more to what we can find in this lifetime
i don't mind the oceans that keeps us apart
i don't mind the hurdles that i need to leap
I'm happy this way and i could be even more
it seems that the "conversations" we share is a portal to somewhere
...a place where the sun and rain could share the same skies
...a place where we can have a walk that would last for hours
::
::
this is it
I'm not leaving it all unsaid
you should know
that there's an empty chair for you to fill
i might have found what i thought was lost
