If i could catch a falling star and put it in a box,
wait till Christmas to give it to you,
would our love still be lost?

if i could hold a rainbow in my pocket
just for you,
would you accept it as a token of my love for you?

if i could grasp a ray of sun and keep it on my cheek,
would you touch my face and kiss my lips,
make my whole body weak?

if i could tell you how i feel through a rhyming poem,
then I'd go on forever
just to keep you in my arms.

but no matter how i try, these things i just can't do
to express the way i feel
and all my love for you.

so you'll just have to trust me when i tell you i love you.
though i know you lying when
you say you love me too.
