Very unique style, I guess this would not be to everyones palate. I Would normally prefer a rhyming poem, but this works just as nicely.

Wonderful imagery used in this poem, really vivid.

"You see what's happened deep within,
chilled to the bone, with early winter skin."
I think these are absolutely lovely lines, definitely the high point of the poem for me.

Well you are really a poet.. with that kind of poem you brought up a gloomy ambiance of a person suffering from a broken love. i enjoy the imagery of some stanzas, i can almost feel the chill of sadness succumbing my soul. great work!
