You are the real silent killer
A slow poison and a human destroyer
Everyone knows you as an invisible killer
You infect people and you make them suffer
You infected boys and girls they are now suffering
You kill our loved mothers and fathers,
We are now orphans.
The world is now empty,
'cause you kill its living creatures.
You kill our leaders and leaders of the future.
You kill our prominent figures indeed.

You are enemy of humans
You are the world eradicator force.
You are a taboo to 'man life.
You destroy joy and,
You bring sadness to 'man.
You don't allow healthier life to 'man
You disallow everlasting life to man,
'cause you gobble the human life.

You're so carnivorous!
You're so cruel!

How can we live superior life?
'cause you affect and infect us.
You make us suffer while we need a good life.
You make this world your own 'slag pan'
You make us your own meal.

God has given us life time,
But you take it away.
AIDS, you're really a carnivorous.
'cause you eat 'man's flesh while still alive.

You are incurable and unstoppable.
No one can stop you.
No one can stop and kill you to affect and infect us.
Only the a-b-c can stop you,
But not kill you.
The a-b-c can stop you to kill us,
But never kills you to stop gobbling us.
'cause you are the silent killer,
The silent killer indeed!
